Our rope and hardware are made to order, or if not curerntly available, ordered from the manufacturer. This means your order will remain processing for 1-2 weeks, until it is ready for shipping, which usually takes 4-7 business days.

A flat shipping rate is shown on your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer 30 days satisfaction guarantee for all the goods we dispatch.

A refund window of 14 days is applied from the day you receive your order.

As all the goods are custom made/made to order, we focus on resolving situations with exchange/reship in mind prior to refunds.
